Job summary

An international education organization seeks a School HR Coordinator in Doha, Qatar. This role requires strong organizational skills and HR experience to manage employee records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have experience in HR administration. Qualifications

  • 24 years experience in HR coordination, administration or data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of HR documentation.
  • Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts and personnel files.
  • Preparing HR documentation including offers, contracts and visa-related paperwork.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking and payroll inputs.
  • Updating HR systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Assisting with compliance checks, audits and HR improvement initiatives.
