  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking and payroll inputs.
  • Updating HR systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Assisting with compliance checks, audits and HR improvement initiatives.

Nord Anglia Education is looking to recruit a School HR Coordinator to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha Qatar.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills to support the smooth delivery of HR services across the school. Working closely with the School HR Manager you’ll help manage employee data, coordinate HR documentation and ensure compliance with Nord Anglia policies and Qatar labour law.

The role

We seek an individual to join as a School HR Coordinator where your focus will be :

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts and personnel files.
  • Preparing HR documentation including offers, contracts and visa-related paperwork.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking and payroll inputs.
  • Updating HR systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Assisting with compliance checks, audits and HR improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess
  • A Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 24 years experience in HR coordination, administration or data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of HR documentation.
  • Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook (HRIS / SuccessFactors experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
