Job Description

Park House English School, a well-established British curriculum school in Doha, is seeking a responsible and experienced School Bus Driver to join its transportation team. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and timely transportation of students to and from school, following all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and school procedures.This role is ideal for individuals who prioritize safety, are dependable, and enjoy working with children in a structured educational environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate school buses in a safe and professional manner
• Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Maintain discipline and a calm environment on the bus at all times
• Assist students in safely boarding and exiting the bus
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or incidents to the transport coordinator
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, road safety regulations, and school transport policies
• Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and route times
• Communicate respectfully with students, parents, and school staff

Education & Qualifications

• Valid Qatari heavy vehicle driving license (Bus License)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus driver, preferably in a school setting
• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
