We are looking for an experienced SAP Workzone Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations, architect and configure SAP Workzone environments, and integrate them with backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP BTP, UI5/Fiori development, and identity provisioning, with experience in both planning and delivering enterprise-grade digital workplace solutions.
Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP Workzone, including planning, design, build, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Architect and configure SAP Workzone pages, workspaces, cards, and widgets to meet business and user experience goals.
Integrate Workzone with backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Task Center, and other third-party applications.
Set up and manage SAP BTP subaccounts, services, and entitlements for Workzone.
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and user provisioning using IAP (Identity Authentication) and IPS (Identity Provisioning).
Develop and embed SAP UI5/Fiori apps into Workzone, customizing UI/UX as needed.
Ensure adherence to security, performance, and usability best practices.
Deliver project documentation, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal teams or clients.
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ full-cycle SAP Workzone implementations.
Strong experience with:
SAP Workzone configuration, workspace/page setup.
Widget/card management and integration techniques.
SAP BTP Cockpit, service bindings, and destinations.
UI5 development and Fiori application integration.
Proficient in IAP and IPS for user/role management.
Experience with SAP Build Workzone Advanced Edition.
Exposure to:
SAP Mobile Start, Launchpad service, or SAP Build Apps.
CDN integration, custom branding, and content federation.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
