Job summary

VisCap Development, LLC is urgently hiring a SAP HR & SuccessFactors Reporting Consultant on a short-term C2H engagement. The role targets a Qatar-based client in Manufacturing, with potential for conversion and a 3-6 month duration.

Remote work from India or UAE is allowed, but coordination with Qatar timings is required. The ideal candidate has strong SAP HR and SuccessFactors reporting experience, Story Reports proficiency, SAC reporting skills, and the ability to design and develop reports

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP HR & SuccessFactors Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Story Reports.
• Strong SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting skills.
• Good understanding of HR reporting and analytics requirements.
• Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates can work remotely/offsite from India or UAE, must be comfortable working in Qatar timings, Sunday to Thursday working days.
