Job Title: Salesman
Job Purpose: The role of the Salesman is to develop relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, promote products and services, and maximize sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Provide information on products and services by responding to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Maintain product knowledge by studying manufacturers' catalogs, attending trade shows and consulting with colleagues.
• Increase sales by promoting additional products and services as well as up-selling current offerings.
• Maximize sales opportunities by analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities by gathering market intelligence on pricing, new products, promotional activities etc.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts including orders received, orders shipped, and payments received.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as attending professional seminars or conferences.

Salary: 1500 QAR monthly

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred but not essential; alternatively, previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues alike; fluent English language skills are essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Highly motivated individual who is able to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized and efficient at all times.
