Job Summary

Job Duties:
  1. Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service
  2. Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  3. Monitor market trends to identify potential customers and products
  4. Generate sales leads through networking activities such as cold calls, emails, etc.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions in CRM software
  6. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, etc.
