Responsibilities

• Promoting the company to operators (B2B).
• Raising awareness of the company directly with end users (B2C).
• Managing marketing programs.
• Managing budget and KPI reports (social media KPI, affiliates, and B2C user base from acquisition, activation, retention, and CRM programs).
• Launching & running a CM program with the central B2C team to manage their social tournaments.
• Supporting the merchandising function with logistics and order management.
• Organizing assets and content creation dedicated to all countries by working closely with the brand, content & design teams.
• Liaising with the B2C marketing team on joint initiatives such as Affiliates, Streamers, and social tournaments.
• Managing paid media campaigns and social media campaigns.
• Recruiting relevant influencers and managing endorsement marketing programs.
• Managing monthly reports & proactively making improvement recommendations.
