This contract role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, plus willingness to relocate to Ar-Ruwais. Salary 1,300 USD per month plus performance-based commission.

Sales Manager - Indian National - Ar-Ruwais

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base in the region. In this contract role, you will have the opportunity to work without accommodation and utilize your own visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
• Identify potential clients and establish strong relationships with key decision makers
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve success
• Prepare sales forecasts and track progress against targets
• Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (preferably in UAE)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as commission based on performance.
