Qualifications

  • Build forecasts and strategic plans for offshore drilling support.

Overview

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. Division: MANUFACTURING (REFINING).

Key purpose of job: Offers Technical support to Production Manager, with a view to guarantee secure, efficient and optimal functioning of various operating systems and associated systems according to strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Study, Review and Economic Analysis of New Projects and Corporate initiatives.
  • In charge of recovery of rare-earth elements like Platinum, Palladium and Rhenium as well as for regrowth of invested catalyst.
  • In charge of integrating new jobs into existing system.
  • Accomplishes QP Refinery earnings monitoring from production sights.
  • Develops departmental KPIs.
  • Recognize brand-new tasks and systems to improve general Refinery efficiency, implement new Company service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 20 Years post graduate experience in Oil Refinery.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Project Monitoring abilities.
  • Capability to arbitrate and deal with disputes.
  • Strong communication and settlement skills.
  • Knowledge of contracts.
  • Experience with financial examinations and project financing.
  • Bachelor Level in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
