Role Overview

Our client is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Sales Manager to lead sales growth, marketing initiatives, and operational execution as they expand into new markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across target markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to closing deals
  • Lead market expansion initiatives, conducting research and building local partnerships
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns, promotions, and digital outreach
  • Oversee sales operations, CRM management, and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a small sales team as the business scales

Requirements
