Role

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base
• Manage day-to-day sales operations including reporting on sales performance, analysis of customer needs, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
• Create customer relationships through follow-up calls and visits with existing customers
• Monitor competitors’ activities to ensure that our prices remain competitive
• Train new sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about sales performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language is an advantage
