Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving room, banquet, and event sales through proactive outreach, strong relationship management, and strategic market engagement. You will play a key role in enhancing hotel revenue and building long-term partnerships with corporate, leisure, and MICE clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Actively source new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships in corporate, leisure, and government sectors.

Promote hotel services including room bookings, conference and event spaces, dining, and other offerings.

Conduct property site inspections and presentations for potential clients.

Respond promptly to sales inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with brand standards and pricing policies.

Work closely with the revenue and marketing teams to execute strategic sales plans and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.

Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the hotel and build market presence.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to propose sales strategies and packages.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of the local and international corporate / MICE / leisure markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and polished presentation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS / CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).

Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
