Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and process food orders using safe handling techniques.
• Maintain stocked and displayed food according to policy.
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Demonstrate accuracy in cashiering, cash handling and credit card processing.
• Operate and balance a cash register and stock shelves.
• Answer telephone inquiries.
• Restock storage areas and replenish items on shelves.
• Receive inventory and provide food & beverage.
• Balance, issue receipts, refunds or changes due.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of outlets, features and policies.
• Aim to achieve sales targets by building customer relationships.
• Ensure customer requests are addressed to avoid complaints.
• Promote a positive company image to guests and colleagues.
• Monitor accounts revenue and end-of-month reports.
• Provide feedback on market conditions and competition.
