Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Sales Associate to drive growth for a reputed rent‑a‑car company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and a hands‑on approach to daily operations. As part of a lean team, you will be expected to wear multiple hats and contribute across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, B2B and B2C, including corporate accounts, schools, hotels, travel agents, and long‑term lease clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in designing and implementing digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Coordinate social media presence, promotions, and collaborations with local influencers or businesses.
- Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, or networking forums.
Client Relations
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Fleet & Operations Support
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery, cleanliness, and service readiness of rental vehicles.
- Monitor fleet availability and support in vehicle utilization planning.
- Assist in vehicle documentation, renewals, and inspections when needed.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of leads, sales, and business activities.
- Prepare periodic performance and sales reports.
- Support in preparing tender documents or partnership proposals when required.

Desired Skills & Experience
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the car rental, automotive, travel, or service sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Valid Qatar driving license is a strong advantage.
