• Assist in developing emergency evacuation plans.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Implement and Monitor HSE Policies: Ensure strict adherence to project-specific and company HSE management plans and procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Qatar's Labour Law, Qatar Energy (QE) standards, and other relevant regulations and international best practices.
• Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure safety measures are effectively implemented.
• Incident Management: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Training and Promotion: Organize and conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to promote a strong health and safety culture.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain all necessary HSE documentation, reports, risk assessments, and incident logs as required by QE.
• Risk Assessments: Prepare and regularly review comprehensive Risk Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing and implementing emergency evacuation plans and procedures.
