Job summary

Snoonu Laundry is seeking a Performance Coordinator to lead the development of high‑performing operational standards and quality systems. You will manage vendor performance, drive efficiency, and ensure every order is delivered with consistency as the business scales in Qatar.

You will build and document SOPs, conduct vendor audits, and implement corrective actions while preparing scalable processes for large‑scale B2B or hotel accounts. This role emphasizes hands‑on leadership in a growth phase.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in laundry, housekeeping, facilities, soft‑services operations or in 4/5 star hotel.
• Has set and enforced quality standards in a service environment — not just followed them.
• Experience writing or implementing SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Has managed vendor, supplier, or outsourcing relationships with a quality accountability lens.
• Detail‑oriented with a genuine intolerance for inconsistency.
• Can work hands‑on in the early stage, this role builds before it manages.
• Direct experience managing a hotel or commercial laundry operation.
• Background in linen management, dry cleaning, or garment care at a professional level.
• Experience working in or with an on‑demand or logistics platform.
• GCC experience — local vendor and customer context is valuable.
• Has prepared an operation for a B2B or institutional client contract.

Responsibilities

• Define and document quality standards for every service type: wash & fold, dry clean, press, specialty.
• Build end-to-end SOPs: item intake, cleaning process, QC inspection, packaging, and handover.
• Vendor audits: regular on-site visits, scoring, and structured feedback to partner facilities.
• Damage and complaint management: root cause analysis, resolution process, and prevention systems.
• Turnaround time standards: set the SLAs, track adherence, and fix the gaps.
• Item tracking and custody: building accountability across the full journey from customer to vendor and back.
• Onboarding new vendors: qualification criteria, induction process, and performance ramp.
• Readiness for B2B scale: ensure processes and quality can support high-volume corporate or hotel accounts.
• Customer quality loop – working with performance team to turn complaints into operational improvements.
• Build the ops team and capability needed to sustain quality as the business grows.
