Position Summary

Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC air‑quality control and refrigeration equipment. Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant. Monitor and control property temperature and analyze energy and utility usage. Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, etc. Perform routine pool and spa maintenance.

Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address their service needs, and speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost savings.

Perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, moving in confined or elevated spaces, navigating sloping, uneven or slippery surfaces, climbing stairs, service ramps, and ladders, grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight, assisting with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
