A leading infrastructure management company seeks a KPI / SLA Officer in Qatar to monitor and report on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. This role requires expertise in performance management within the Roads sector, with responsibilities including tracking contractor performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with O&M contracts. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Roads / Infrastructure O&M Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of SLA / KPI frameworks in roads and highways O&M.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare monthly SLA/KPI compliance reports for management.
• Support audits and performance reviews with accurate records.
