Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Qatar is seeking an experienced Rigging Foreman to supervise and coordinate rigging crews for a large-scale project. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, a valid supervisor certification, and strong leadership skills. Familiarity with ADNOC/ARAMCO lifting standards is preferred. This role ensures compliance and safety during all rigging operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in rigging operations within construction or oil & gas.
• Valid Rigger Foreman / Supervisor certification.
• Familiar with ADNOC / ARAMCO / QP lifting standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate rigging crews during lifting operations.
• Review and interpret lifting plans and load charts.
• Inspect rigging gear for safety compliance.
• Coordinate with crane operators and site engineers.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safety procedures.
• Maintain daily records of rigging activities.
