Retail Sales Associate - Indian National


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customers' needs and make product recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
