About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Doha within the Food & Beverage Department, the Restaurant Supervisor will oversee all operational aspects of a shift to ensure service steps are followed and every guest is delighted. The Supervisor will also support restaurant management with administrative tasks. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager.
