Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with management team to create menus and promotional offers
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural preferences
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary

This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1400$. Accommodation will also be provided.
