Restaurant Manager vacancy in Al-Khor Qatar. A renowned restaurant in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the establishment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards of food and service, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant including food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire and train new staff members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the restaurant.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Create budgets and financial plans to meet business goals.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health & safety regulations.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of financial management principles such as budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
