A Restaurant General Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. He/She will serve as a brand ambassador for the company, representing the brand positively in a multitude of settings, being an opinion leader in his/her community, and providing feedback and insight on new products or services.
MURU is a new luxury lifestyle brand built around the elements (fire, ice, earth, air). It was created in partnership with the three Michelin‑Stars Chef Mauro Colagreco whose restaurant, Mirazur, was awarded best restaurant in the world in 2019. MURU means the seeds of life, brought together by the elements. It offers an experience of its own, giving the guests an opportunity to discover the deep part of their own universe through creative recipes and quality products.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Restaurant Manager will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within all budgeted guidelines. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
