Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, coordinate and manage customized and syndicated survey and observation-based research services projects
  • Receive and understand client brief
  • Develop research design proposal and prepare budget / cost
  • Brief and train field staff
  • Design survey questionnaire and related material
  • Analyze data and information
  • Develop conclusions and solid recommendations
  • Present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage
  • Manage project and maintain close working relationships between key members (e.g., Analysts, Field Staff, Administration, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Preferred industry experience: Telecom
  • At least 1‑2 years of experience managing quantitative research at agency side
  • Experience in consumer purchase journey, customer satisfaction, brand‑tracking, campaign evaluation solutions preferred
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, interpersonal skills, self‑motivated and enthusiastic
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and excellent attention to detail with an ability to deliver results accurately and on time
