Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a reliable Light Vehicle Driver cum Messenger in Doha, Qatar. You will safely drive company vehicles, deliver and collect documents, and assist with general office errands while maintaining professionalism and punctuality.

Requirements include a valid Qatar light vehicle driving license, 2–3 years of driving experience in Qatar, and basic English communication. Arabic is an advantage. The role is on-site with a focus on timely, confidential handling of documents.

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License.
• 2–3 years driving experience in Qatar (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Qatar roads and locations.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to handle messenger duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive company light vehicles safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials between offices, clients, banks, government offices, and project sites.
• Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents and permits.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, lights) and report any issues.
• Assist with office support tasks as required.
• Follow company schedules and instructions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and company information.
