Our client is a multinational brand currently hiring a Finance Manager to join their growing finance team in Doha. This role will oversee the Finance Team within the Middle East and report to the Managing Director and Regional Finance Director.

The successful candidate will be expected to have strong experience in producing financial statements and reports within strict deadlines, as well as performing complex financial and operational analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing trends, coordinating quarterly consolidation packs, and producing monthly management accounting reports and forecasts.

Candidates should be well-rounded finance professionals with extensive experience in financial and statutory accounting, and a solid understanding of management accounts, audits, and internal controls.

Our client seeks a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA) with over 10 years of PQE, preferably from a large multinational or professional services organization. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and experience leading and developing finance teams. Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or trading sectors is preferred.

It is essential that candidates have gained experience within the GCC region. Fluency in Arabic and willingness to travel within the GCC are also required.
