Doha Marketing Services Company W.L.L. (DOMASCO), an overseas joint venture of the reputable UAE-based Al Futtaim Group, has been operating in Qatar for 18 years. We have sole distribution rights for Honda, Volvo cars and trucks, and reputed brands of watches and electronics such as Raymond Weil, Casio, Sanyo, Aftron, and Godrej in the country.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Handle all incoming telephone communications, noting reasons for calls and forwarding to relevant team members, subject to availability.
  2. Provide excellent customer service following company policies and procedures.
  3. Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines, escalating to higher levels if necessary.
  4. Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements, and handle enquiries efficiently and responsibly.
  5. Log calls with details such as time, date, and caller information.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures.
  7. Support fellow team members when necessary.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Arabic and English preferred.
  • Previous experience in reception, call centre, or as a telephone operator is desirable.
  • Courteous with a polite telephone manner.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and motivated.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems is advantageous.
