Job summary

Keller Williams Qatar (operated by Eagle Wharf Realty) seeks a creative Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer & Videographer to own end-to-end real estate marketing. You will handle social media content, property campaigns, design materials, photography and video content to showcase listings and the brand.

The role requires hands-on content creation, strong design skills and experience with real estate marketing. On-site, Doha-based, with a monthly salary from QAR 5,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven experience in graphic design, social media marketing, photography, videography and editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, design and video work.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar tools.
• Experience creating content for major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM and digital marketing.
• Branding and visual communication expertise.
• Ability to operate cameras and basic photography/videography equipment.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate listings, projects, agents and brand.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms and content calendars.
• Create and manage monthly marketing campaigns and property content.
• Develop content for listings, agent profiles, announcements, events and promotions.
• Monitor performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Design property brochures, flyers, posts, digital ads, banners and presentations.
• Create property-specific marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce professional property photos and video content for listings and social media.
• Edit video content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to meet marketing needs.
