Job summary

A real estate company in Doha is seeking motivated individuals to penetrate the market and find new business opportunities. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and conducting market research. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate services, be locally available, and will receive a full salary package ranging from QAR 10,000 to QAR 12,000. The working schedule is Sunday to Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:30 and Thursday from 07:00 to 14:00, with Fridays and alternate Saturdays off.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Services is mandatory.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Strong communication skills for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate into the market and seek for new business opportunities
• Prioritize and maximize leasing/selling of owners and/or partner’s properties
• Plan and carry out marketing activities to achieve targets within the timelines
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
• Plan and schedule daily meetings with potential clients
• Responsible for entering into marketing contracts with landlords of outside properties
• Should have knowledge of all the existing and new vacant properties (internal/outside properties)
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

Requirements

• Any nationality but preferably Arabic
• Male or Female
• With experience in Real Estate Services
• Full salary package (Basic, Accommodation Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Food Allowance & Other Allowance) QAR 10,000 to QAR 12,000
• Locally available
• Assignment in Doha Office with 07:00 – 16:30 schedule Sundays to Wednesdays and 07:00 – 14:00 Thursday. Fridays and alternate Saturdays off.
