Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking an experienced AI innovation lead to drive rapid prototyping and PoVs, translating frontier tech into MVPs and pilots within the QRG innovation team. You will lead hands-on development across AI, data, software and IoT, collaborate with business owners to identify high-value use cases, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
• Strong hands-on prototyping and building MVPs and pilots with test-and-learn cycles.
• Proficiency with AI and machine learning, including generative AI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid prototyping, PoVs and MVPs to convert ideas into working solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases and drive adoption.
• Define performance metrics and iteratively enhance prototypes for business value.
• Translate PoVs into production-ready solutions with software/data/hardware teams.
