Employment in Qatar seeks a highly experienced Diagnostic Radiologist to provide X-ray, ultrasound and radiology diagnostic consultation and reporting services within a healthcare setting.

Candidates must hold a Qatar DHP-recognised license, have at least 8 years of radiology experience, and be proficient with RIS/PACS and X-ray safety protocols. This on-site role requires strict confidentiality and adherence to medical standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in medicine with Postgraduate Degree in Diagnostic Radiology (essential).
• 8+ years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology within a healthcare setting (essential).
• Valid Diagnostic Radiologist license recognised by Qatar DHP (essential).
• Ability to use RIS, CR, and PACS; data management preferred.
• Knowledge of X-ray safety rules and radiation hazard.

Responsabilidades

• Provide X-ray, ultrasound and radiology diagnostic consultation and reporting services.
• Maintain confidentiality of X-ray, ultrasound and BMD records and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Primary Purpose Of The Job

Provide an X-ray, ultrasound and radiology diagnostic consultation and reporting services.

Required Experience And Skills

• A valid Diagnostic Radiologist license recognised by Qatar Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) (essential). Licensed as a radiation worker or equivalent institute is an advantage. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Diagnostic Radiology within a Healthcare setting (essential). A valid Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advantage. Ability to handle an RIS (Radiology Information System) for patient registration, CR (Computerized Radiography) System link to PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System) and data management (preferred). Ability to learn new procedures and follow instructions (essential). Work in ultrasound, conventional, digital x-ray machine, and Radiology information system. License to practice as Radiologist to be maintained. Ensure maintenance of highest level of confidential information, due to access to the Xray, Ultrasound and BMD records of employees and their families. Adhere to X-ray safety rules and regulations with particular emphasis on radiation hazard.
