Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Radio Technician in the telecommunications industry.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for radio system installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with biometric passports is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of radio equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with radio systems and providing timely repairs.
• Installing new radio equipment as needed and ensuring it is set up correctly.
• Maintaining accurate records of all work performed on radio systems.
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers on complex projects.
• Staying up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and making recommendations for upgrades as necessary.
