A leading global integrated industrial company is seeking a P&C Experience Partner in Qatar. This foundational role involves the local execution of people operations strategies to enhance employee relations, optimize experiences, and manage cultural initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in this field, with strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and fluency in both English and Arabic. This position emphasizes a commitment to developing and engaging talent within the organization.
As a foundational member of the P&C Experience and Performance team, the P&C Experience Partner is responsible for local execution of the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that powers business transformation, talent growth, and a high-performance culture for Qatar and Turkey. The role is accountable for the seamless local execution of all people-related services, talent programs, and cultural initiatives.
Reporting directly to the P&C XP Director or Leader, the P&C XP Partner works closely with local business leaders and people leaders to optimize the employee experience, standardize local practices, and oversee and coordinate the employee lifecycle. This includes involvement in local labour relations strategies.
Responsible for local delivery of employee relations, P&C operations, and culture strategy. Activities include local performance and talent management, hiring support, RIF execution, investigation and disciplinary actions. Works to ensure alignment with local and regional business goals and the broader people and culture agenda.
Champion a unified culture of inclusion, innovation, and accountability. Operationalizes global talent programs at a local level that attract, develop, and retain top talent while reinforcing the organization’s values and leadership behaviours. Ensure local talents are supported and suggested for succession planning by Business/Function P&C Teams.

Supports local key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all P&C operations.
Support the consistent local execution of global labour relations strategies to ensure compliance with local laws, Union management and alignment with enterprise values.
Supports the local operationalization of major change initiatives, including restructuring, M&A integration, and organizational redesign, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
