Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Qatar-based Project Engineer to support major oil & gas project execution with strong interaction with China-based vendors and manufacturing facilities.

You will focus on vendor management, manufacturing oversight, supply chain coordination, and delivery assurance to support schedules. Regularly engage with cross-functional teams and travel to vendor facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• Minimum 4 years in oil & gas project environments.
• Experience with international vendors and China-based suppliers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance, manufacturing progress, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and project controls teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for supply chain and fabrication.
• Provide regular reporting on schedule status and vendor performance.
• Ensure ROS dates alignment and readiness for milestones.
