Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience combining .NET development and project management
• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# development
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Currently available in Qatar
• PMP certification is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams and provide technical direction
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and C#
• Design, develop, and support solutions using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server
• Lead technical delivery across software development projects
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver IT and software projects
• Manage project scope, budgets, resources, risks, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and project expectations
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions
• Oversee SDLC activities and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure delivery according to quality, scope, and schedule
• Conduct technical discussions, reviews, and stakeholder meetings
