Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have expertise in ISO standards. Responsibilities include conducting audits, managing the Quality Management System, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures. Willingness to work in Doha or Ras Laffan is required.

Qualifications

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)




• MMUP accreditation is an advantage




• IRCA (or equivalent) certified Lead Auditor preferred

Experience

Minimum 10 years overall experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry

At least 5 years in Quality Control & Assurance

Experience with contractors, vendors, and manufacturers in inspection/testing roles

Technical & Management Systems Expertise

Proficient in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QCS2014, BS, ACI standards

Experienced in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Skilled in statistics, data analysis, and reporting

Core Responsibilities

Conduct audits, inspections, and manage QMS across all project phases

Prepare and review key QA/QC documentation (PQP, ITP, MST, MIR, WIR, MAS, PQD, NCRs, etc.)

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in QA/QC procedures

Other Key Competencies

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Willing to work in locations like Doha or Ras Laffan

Familiar with documentation and reporting standards in construction QA/QC
