Job summary

ConFlip in Doha invites an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Psychiatry, or MD/Masters, with at least three years of clinical experience.

You will assess and diagnose mental health conditions, provide individual counseling, administer psychometric tests, and develop treatment plans while maintaining medical records and collaborating with other clinicians.

This role offers a salary of 1700 per month and is open to immigrant applicants.

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Psychiatry, Master’s Degree or Doctor of Medicine (MD) with a minimum of three years working experience in the field.

As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health issues as well as treating and managing mental health conditions.
• Providing individual, couples and family counseling.
• Administering psychometric tests.
• Developing treatment plans and providing referrals when needed.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and collaborating with other medical professionals when needed.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as being patient-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. You should also be compassionate, trustworthy and able to work autonomously.
