Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Protection Officer in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This full-time role targets Indian nationals and does not include accommodation. You will patrol premises, respond to incidents, and communicate with authorities and communities to maintain safety.

Qualifications

• Must be Indian national with excellent proficiency in English.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies.
• Physically fit to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the premises to ensure safety for all individuals.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, taking necessary action.
• Communicate with local authorities and community members respectfully.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents or misconduct and document findings.
• Implement and enforce security policies and promote a culture of safety.
• Provide support to individuals who may feel threatened or require protection.
