Job summary

A property management company in Qatar is seeking candidates for managing property maintenance and coordinating tenant relations. The role demands 3-5 years of experience within the GCC region, focusing on maintaining property standards and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing maintenance reports, enforcing property rules, and coordinating with the head office regarding tenant processes. Only locally available candidates will be considered.

• 3-5 years of experience in property management, specifically in GCC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties by monitoring and snagging.
• Prepare reports for maintenance and tenant issues.
• Enforce property rules.
• Report on property improvements to the Property Manager.
• Ensure apartments/villas meet 100% standards before tenant handover.
• Coordinate moving in and out processes with head office.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Maintains properties of assignment by monitoring and snagging.
• Prepares report for property maintenance, tenants and other related to the property handled.
• Enforcing property rules.
• Cite scopes for improvements in a property and reports to the Property Manager.
• Make sure 100% standard status of every individual apartment or villa before the hand-over to our valued tenant.
• Coordinate to the head office regarding to the moving-in and moving out of villa & apartment.
