Job summary

A leading project management firm based in Doha is seeking an experienced project manager. You will be responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives and overseeing project resources. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of working experience in project management. This position is strictly for local hires in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years working experience preferably in a project.
• Local hire only (Qatar).

Responsibilities

• Meeting Strategic initiatives & outreach project owners to maintain project plans.
• Developing project status reports and presenting to the director.
• Coordinating project resources and logistics.
• Arranging and participating in stakeholder meetings, taking notes and actions.

• Meeting Strategic initiatives & outreach project owners regularly to maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules, risks, dependencies, budget etc.
• Developing strategic initiatives & outreach project status report and present to strategic initiatives & Outreach director as required.
• Coordinating project resources, equipment, logistics and information.
• Arranging and participating in stakeholder meetings and work shops, taking meeting notes/ minutes and actions.

Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Language: Minimum 12 years working experience preferably in a project.
