Job summary

Integrated Personnel Services Limited in Doha seeks a Project Manager GIS with extensive PM experience and strong leadership to deliver complex GIS projects.

The role requires 10+ years in project management, GIS domain knowledge, and client-facing engagement in the Middle East. Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS/ArcPro and AutoCAD is essential to manage data, maps, and integrations on a full-time on-site basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Deep GIS domain knowledge including data capture, analysis and governance.
• Experience presenting to clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with ESRI GIS software and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead GIS project delivery with stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee data capture, quality and governance for GIS datasets.
• Coordinate with clients and provide project updates and presentations.
• Manage ESRI GIS data in ArcGIS/ArcPro and AutoCAD.
• Ensure delivery within timelines and budget.

• More than Ten (10+) years of experience in Project Management
• (Leadership, Problem solving, Attention to Detail, Team Building-Resource
• GIS Domain Knowledge (Fundamentals of GIS, Spatial Data Types, Data Capture and Sources, Spatial Analysis, GIS Data Models & relationships,
• GIS Software & Tools, Web GIS & Mapping, Remote sensing, Coordinate Systems
• & Projections, Application Areas, Data Quality & Governance, Integration with
• Other Systems, GIS Data Conversion, Data Migration, Utility Assets and
• Strong with Client Presentation and communication ability
• Prior middle east client-facing engagement experience as a PM
