We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umloj. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to lead and manage a wide range of construction and design projects across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction and design projects, from initiation to completion
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
• Ensure that all projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget constraints
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality of work
• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project and implement corrective actions
• Provide timely and accurate project updates and reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is an advantage
• Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
