Hyperthink Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Digital Transformation, Data & AI initiatives in the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar. The role demands 10+ years in project management with PMP/PRINCE2, deep Oil & Gas domain experience, and a track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
You will drive Azure-based projects, Databricks deployments, and data platform/AI/ML initiatives while coordinating stakeholders, budgets, risks, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Project Management with PMP/PRINCE2
- Strong Oil & Gas industry experience
- Experience delivering large-scale Digital Transformation projects
- Azure – strong project experience
- Databricks expertise
- Experience with Data Platforms & AI/ML
- Working knowledge of GCP & SAP
- Exposure to SCADA / Historians / WITSML / Petrel
- Strong Agile
- Stakeholder management and budgeting experience
- Risk and vendor management
- Experience in AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation, Predictive Analytics or Data Governance is highly relevant
