About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the full event lifecycle from ideation and planning to execution and reporting. This role ensures all events are strategically aligned, creatively executed, and delivered on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of all events, from concept development to post-event analysis and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of event managers to ensure excellence in delivery and performance.
  • Lead the development of campaign briefs, ensuring clarity of objectives and alignment with brand and business goals.
  • Maintain strict budget control and oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout each project.
  • Drive creative ideation and strategic planning to design engaging and impactful activations.
  • Monitor event performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
