Role: Program Manager

Must Have Skills:
Additional Skills : Own the end-to-end delivery of the Branded Fares program across all digital touchpoints. Define program roadmap milestones KPIs and governance structure. Project Delivery Lead cross‑functional teams Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets. Ensure timely delivery against the scope while mitigating risks and dependencies. Stakeholder Management Facilitate alignment between commercial product IT and external partners Communicate program status risks and decisions to senior leadership. Customer Experience & Digital Sales Focus Ensure branded fare propositions are effectively translated into intuitive and optimized customer journeys. Drive user acceptance testing and go‑to‑market readiness. Continuous Improvement Post‑launch monitor performance and customer feedback to drive optimizations. Contribute to the QRs wider digital transformation and retailing vision.
