Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and will take pride in providing a clean and healthy environment for our customers.

We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position and offer a salary of 1500 QAR per month. We are also willing to hire someone with no experience, providing the right training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 40 kg occasionally.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties in assigned areas according to a pre-set schedule (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, bathrooms, sanitizing).
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks (scrubbing walls, shampooing carpets).
• Empty wastebaskets/trash containers as necessary.
• Maintain assigned equipment in good condition (vacuum cleaners, mops).
