Job summary

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Product Specialist (Techno-Functional) for Oracle NetSuite ERP to drive implementation and expansion of NetSuite as the BoH solution. The role entails coordinating with a distributed team to deliver on a growing integration scope and complex configuration.

You will gather requirements, configure NetSuite modules, and perform light customization while documenting functional and technical specifications. A remote delivery mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional resource on Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with core NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and basic SuiteScript/SuiteFlow customization.
• Experience working in a remote delivery model with distributed teams, with proven ability to manage own deliverables and meet deadlines without close on-site supervision.

Job Title: Product Specialist (Techno-Functional) - Oracle NetSuite ERP

Location Remote Reporting to Product Manager - Finance & ERP

Company has expanded the scope of their initial project: NetSuite will now be deployed as their Back of House (BoH) Solution instead of Oracle Inventory Management, materially increasing functional, configuration, and support effort. In parallel, the integration scope on the same project has grown from 4 third-party integrations originally agreed to 21 integrations now required, representing a significant increase in development and integration effort. In addition to companys, the Sales team has secured a sizeable pipeline of new NetSuite implementations and is engaged on a major NetSuite programme that will run concurrently. With only two full-fledged resources on the Finance & ERP team today, the current capacity is insufficient to deliver these commitments on time and to the required quality standard. Hiring additional Techno-Functional resources is essential to meet contractual go-live dates, manage the increased integration workload, and protect the support structure for existing customers.

Minimum Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional resource on Oracle NetSuite ERP, with end‑to‑end exposure to implementation and support engagements.
• Practical knowledge of core NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and basic SuiteScript/SuiteFlow customisation.
• Experience working in a remote delivery model with distributed teams, with proven ability to manage own deliverables and meet deadlines without close on‑site supervision.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to gather business requirements, translate them into NetSuite configuration and light customisation, and document functional and technical specifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or equivalent technical/business qualifications.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification preferred; ERP Consultant or Administrator certification is a plus.
