Job summary

SeaLink in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a creative Product Designer to develop innovative products that meet client needs. You’ll work with engineering and marketing to ensure designs are both functional and visually compelling, and you’ll translate ideas into detailed drawings and specifications.

The role emphasizes independent work with strong communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch, and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product design and ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop new product concepts based on market research and client needs
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for product development
• Work with engineering team to ensure feasibility of designs
• Collaborate with marketing team on product messaging and branding
• Conduct testing and gather feedback on prototypes
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback before finalizing designs
• Communicate with manufacturers to ensure quality control during production
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate them into product design
